a) All items are always send without glass to prevent any damages during shipping
b) the glass is sent only on request (in case of cracking and damages to the art piece cost by this, the buyer assumes responsibility)
c) the frames are sent in consignment (only if the frames are not significantly damaged)
d) the frame is not part of the price of the art piece. In case of damage to the frame, no complaint can be made

Items shipped by DPD carrier will be insured up to a maximum amount of 520 €, according to commercial conditions of the carrier (applies only to the Czech Republic, shipments to abroad cannot be insured).

AUCTION HOUSE is not responsible for any damages incurred from the time of receipt of items to transportation by carrier. Any complaints should be directed to the shipping company, that delivered the shipment to the bidder, at the moment of taking over of the shipment.
